  Work to institute 2 mandates found in ' Notice to all inhabitants of  U.S.'  or Torments will increase in intensity and frequency.  OR  you can just wait sitting on your butts, , not doing anything about mandates , until you just  can't take the Torments any more. and then institute mandates of the KINGDOM I represent, or don't.
